Day 4: Hollywood Studios, France, and Fireworks

We rode the boat to Hollywood Studios and arrived at opening time.  We rushed to the Toy Story ride, knowing it's easily the most popular ride in all of the parks.  Everyone else had the same idea!  Even though it had just opened, the wait was 30 minutes. So, we grabbed a Fastpass and moved on.  My dad and Rob rode the Tower of Terror while we went to the Little Mermaid show and visited with characters.  

Unfortunately, she wasn't thrilled to see Minnie.  How could Minnie be scary? 

 Sadly, Stitch didn't have a line, so, feeling sorry for him, we walked toward him. He actually came to us! So cute!!

I don't think Evan knew who he was before this. But afterward, he loved Stitch! 

 We finally made it to the Toy Story ride with our Fastpass. So fun!  I can see why it's popular.

 Since Evan is a Toy Story fan, we planned to eat a quick service meal at Pizza Planet. This was one of the best quick service options!  The kids loved the arcade and we ordered tasty gluten free pizza.

 This is outside the Star Tours ride, which as recently been updated.  Evan was just tall enough for this ride and loved it.  

Sis enjoyed every second of the Beauty and the Beast show. It was adorable to watch her watching it!

 Our favorite snack option was the frozen lemonades!

 We watched the Pixar parade shortly before leaving for our rest time.  We decided to walk back to the hotel and both kids FINALLY, on our 3rd park day, decided to snooze in the stroller.  We made it back to the hotel and took turns pushing the stroller to prolong the nap.  Our children have never been flexible about taking naps in new places.  We certainly had our share of sleep issues on the trip, but we expected that.

 We ate at Le Chefs de France in Epcot for dinner.  Though we had hopes of catching the Magic Kingdom parade (again), we watched the clouds building as we ate.  We determined we would NOT chance it again tonight!  

 We headed back to the Boardwalk as the skies were clearing and we probably could have gone to the parade!  There were very friendly and hungry ducks on the boardwalk.

Time for souvenir shopping!  Sis needed her first set of ears!

 We could see the Epcot fireworks from the bridge by our hotel.  Gorgeous! And, surprisingly, EK liked them.

One more day left.  We HAD to make it to the parade tomorrow.  Back to Magic Kingdom!
